I’m a British-born Indian angler who grew up with the smells of tandoori masala and mustard seeds popping in hot oil. I’ve spent years blending that culinary upbringing with the muddy banks of carp waters across the UK, cooking curries at socials catering for up to 40 anglers! Somewhere between a slow-cooked curry and a twitchy bobbin, BankSpice was born, a celebration of proper session food made with heart, heat, and a lot of hands-on flavour.
